		<description>Some excellent points Suzanne!

It&#039;s also important to ask whether a search firm has expertise working with companies at your stage of growth. An early stage company is faced with unique challenges and opportunities, that a new executive must be ready for. A recruitment consultant who understands this will be able to effectively pitch your unique proposition to the right candidates. Smaller organizations cannot afford to make a mistake hiring at any level.

Also, with experience consulting to young companies, a search firm will appreciate the need for flexibility, creativity, speed and specific targeting.

		<description>Janice,
I would reach out to the Association&#039;s North American contact, I am sure they will be able to advise what is required to qualify - aesc@aesc.org
